On an earlier post, I noted that the head of CBO had been summoned to the White House for a spanking after last summer's fiasco on scoring the House bill. Now we see that the Baucus bill got the score it did because the CBO WORKED WITH HIS STAFF TO MAKE IT LOOK GOOD. Dishonesty is rife.

Our government is broke and broken. I have no confidence in anything they do. It’s all a farce played for the public, with state-run media as willing actors.

It looks like they will be pushing the costs down to the States.

I see that plan to tax “cadillac” plans. Does that include the Congressional Plan?

The Democrats will continue to spend like drunken sailors - then one day the bond market collapses . . .
The Republicans could look good on that day if they would issue some warnings about the drunken binge now.
I loved the people yelling "stop printing money" at a recent congress person appearance.

Do we know if members of Congress will be mandated to use the same healthcare plan that they are cramming down Americans throats? I have not heard about this in the Baucus Bill.

I am getting tire of laughing when Big Media brands the CBO as ‘nonpartisan’. Are there any Patriots left who can stop this lunacy?
To: La Lydia
“the CBO released a preliminary analysis purporting to show that the Baucus bill would reduce deficits by a total of $81 billion over the next decade.”
This doesn’t pass the laugh test.
