Obama can’t turn it down now; he’s already said he’d accept it. I’m actually enjoying this and can’t wait until he flies off to Sweden to accept the award.
He could say he acted hastily and realized it was too soon to accept. He should hope that we won’t lose another soldier’s life in the meantime while he celebrates.
