I guess you could be accused of a thought crime even if you didn’t think it. How would you prove your innocence?
You can’t, that is the problem.
Those enforcing the law are the ones interpreting it, which means that law no longer has a set standard as it open to personal opinions by those enforcing it.
This is another attempt to further remove your free speech. Congress refuses to protect the Constitution they swore to defend. I am sickened.
