Per the news story, no one at the police station or high school are talking. I’ll wait to hear their story and make a conclusion then, thank you.

That IS per the article, as I said before.
If you want to hold on to your personal crap about a brain damaged kid (Also per the article) being at fault here, then my question is reasonable.
Now if you want to reject what the child says about an incident that the cop and school evidently tried to claim didn’t happen before the video leaked, and who are now refusing to talk, go right ahead.
But don’t expect anyone with any decency to follow you down that road.
