Lee Martin, she said, was then faced with a choice between paying between paying the blue-collar employees who had earned their wages and were living paycheck-to-paycheck, or paying the IRS. He chose the former. "I know my husband owes that money," she said. "Had he paid the IRS [it would have] prevented those employees from getting paid."
Sounds valid to me. IRS can piss off far as I'm concerned.
She’s in a good position to know how destructive our existing tax environment is to business then.
It’s simply shocking how much money all levels of government demand... Add in all of the other fees, compliance issues, general operating expenses, accountants, frivolous lawsuits, etc. and you’re sometimes lucky to bring a little home for yourself.
