NM has a lot of Indian tribes so it’s been on the news here for a couple of days. There’s a lot of native Americans across the country and most of them voted for Obama, so he’s got to make good on campaign promises to assure they will vote for him again.

It’s about white guilt, folks.

It’s as racist as it gets.

You’re WHITE and you must pay for what long dead WHITE people did to long dead RED people.

Insanity on wheels.

Welcome to 2009 in once great USofA.

The last time he addressed the Ute tribe, he called them You-tay.

Sounds kinda 'swishy"......doncha think?

It’s unfair and outrage when Indian casinos are charged maybe 5% tax and the nearby racetracks are being taxed at 65% for identical slots and poker operations. You know it’s unfair too. If it weren’t for all the guilt ridden whites this Indian casino scam would never have been allowed
In fact it was not allowed prior to 1988 when the Indian gaming act was passed in DC. Now those casino tribes are major Democrat donors

So you have alleged sovereign nations giving mega-bucks to Cruz Bustamente. To keep Arnold Schwarzenegger from being California governor. Because Schwarzenegger was promising to tax Indian casinos which were paying ZERO STATE TAXES and probably still are. These California Indian casinos have killed Reno Nevada casinos....so I hear...And pay no taxes

I know there are still poor tribes but your rich casino tribes never pay a fair share of tax. States are forced to beg them for tax payments that usually are not called “taxes” because the sovereign nation myth must be upheld

The casino tribes only fork over the minimize tax to keep outrage at bay

I would copy Mario Cumo who stationed state police cruisers at the entrances to the Mohawk nation until they agreed to pay NY state sales tax on gasoline sales. This was years ago before the casino boom. If I was governor of a state I would copy this and station police cruisers at Casino tribe reservations until a fair level of tax payments was promised and signed to on paper

This is what’s going on with the casino tribes......

Every day they are laughing at the zero or minimal taxes they pay as the white folk come to their reservation to blow money. They view it as reparations and revenge. This is why they rarely if ever pay significant state taxes. Paying taxes would ruin that repartition thing they have going on

Foxwoods tribal casino in Connecticut is the worlds most profitable gambling operation. Only because they have no competition. If non-Indians could set up gambling operations in Connecticut and Massachusetts the picture would be much different

Foxwoods tribal casino is run by the Mashantucket Peqot Indians who have minimal Indian blood. They are mostly black. The tribe did not exist until 1990 or so when it was organized to cash in on the new Federal laws allowing gambling operations on reservations

Looks like even with a monopoly on gambling the fake Indians called Mashantucket Peqot have managed to make a mess of the finances. Got too deep in hock

You can read what out and out frauds the Mashtucket Pequot Indians are as far as having near zero Indian blood and being a real tribe

And they own the worlds largest Indian casino

How much land do you have?

hell, I aint tellin you.

for millennia before the latest European waves (current scientific data sees paleo Americans coming from Europe (possibly the clovis people?), Asia and Pacific Islanders) reached the Americas in the 1490’s, native people have warred over their tribal situations and some of these cultures won all and some lost all....so, the folks I bought my land from got that land directly or indirectly from the latest WINNERS....thats all.

Please go to this web site and tell me about the Indians not paying taxes. www.albionmonitor.com/free/biatrustfund.html

Billions of dollars are missing from the BIA Indian trust fund and no one is responsible for it. You guys can deduct this theft from what you think the Casinos might owe. You will find this article very interesting.

The Indian casinos are a million miles from paying their fair share of state taxes. The states need to tax them more. I already laid it all out for you

You are referring to a Federal deal (BIA) that is probably all messed up w Indian getting ripped off due to Federal incompetence. Join the club.... The Imperial Federal government rips off the states too

What Indian casinos need to do is pay the same state taxes other gambling enterprise do. The Indian gambling areas (some are reservations some are fake reservations from bought or swapped land) should be blocked by state police cruisers until they do

What you have is a valid opinion. BUT, it’s just your opinion. Reservations were set up by your government and regulated by your government since there have been reservations. To put ANY blame on the tribes (actual wards of your government) is moot. The BIA is crooked and ALWAYS has been. They don’t shoot Indians now days but still manage to screw them in many other ways. So they get a break on taxes, one small price for you to pay. How much money are you talking compared to the trillions your government is blowing on BS.

You keep on thinking in terms of BIA which is Federal.

All my posts to you were about Indian casinos paying the same state taxes that racetracks pay. Where I am we have race tracks with slots/poker and Indians with slots/poker. The Indians have been paying zero taxes while race tracks pay 63%

The economy sucks and I want the local casino tribes paying their fair share. I will not apologize for that

Of all the bull S##t your government is pulling on you right now, your Casino bitch is nothing. If you want to rant about something leave the Indians alone and start raving about the real problem. If the Indians paid taxes on the casino money, exactly how much would your taxes go down. I'll tell you, not one dime. You need to expand your one track mind. Donald Trump is a multi millionaire and is one of the biggest bitches about Indian Casinos. I guess he needs more money.

You are mistaken.... This state really needs those extra taxes

Casino Indians here (Seminoles) should be paying their fair share taxes in my state. I am a freeper... Not a guilt ridden liberal.

Besides the taxes they should be paying it is unfair for “white owned” racetracks to be paying more...much more taxes than them
