U.S. Robert Wexler is becoming president of the Center for Middle East Peace & Economic Cooperation, a non-partisan organization devoted to a peaceful resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Its activities include diplomatic exchanges, opinion research, policy development, and conferences featuring world leaders.
For example, Wexler said, the Palestinian president recently outlined a two-year plan for creating institutions for health care, education and transportation. The center would help.
“I will be raising the profile. I will be invigorating it ... to be a remarkably relevant place in Washington,” he said.

This has been going on for 50 years---we've lost count of the photo-ops in the Rose Garden....that end up costing American trillions of dollars, that disappear into those Mideast stinkholes.
These morons couldn't make peace over a mall parking spot.
The only thing Wexler will be negotiating is the price taxpayers will have to cough up to see Obami and that yahoo Bimbi shake hands in the Rose Garden (gag and hurl).
In other words he is taking a job at a liberal think tank working to sell out the Jewish voters that kept him in office for so long.
