He’s refering to ESOPS, which have a disasterous history.
What he’s espousing is for employees to take over the businesses where they are employed. He promotes this, not withstanding the fact that the workers took zero risk to startup, have zero risk in terms of capital investment, and have zero expertise in the top to bottom operation of the companies for whom they work.

To state an obvious fact, Moore is an idiot. He fits in perfectly in Hollywood.
