Construction contracts? If Judge Soprano is merely trying to raise cash for construction contracts for some good ol' boys in the Columbus area, then that's different. I hope the Asst US Attorney signs off on the scam deal.

When that b*tch behar ran out of arguments, she resorted to the socialists’ last resort: the “damage” that would be done to the country if the fraud was exposed.

What a bunch of hogwash!

these idiot libtards don’t get that having an illegitimate potus is even more damaging to the country.

But we know they’ll say anything on their way to destroying America.

You’re making the assumptions that he either has something to come clean over regarding the BC and that it would really bother him if he didn’t.

Yep ... she did fine when trying to finish a sentence while Behar kept interrupting her. I’ll bet you’d sound less than articulate with a liberal trying to talk over you. She had her facts and documents right there.

Regardless of what you think about Orly Taitz, this case has Merit.

And Judge Carter will give it an honest review. You can take that one to the bank.

Will the court find Obozo is not “constitutionally qualified”?

Will it find that Speaker Pelosi fraudulently certified him as qualified for the Office of President?

Will it find that he was registered as a foreign exchange student at Occidental and Columbia University?

I do not know, but some powerful people are sweating over this one.

He does have something to come clean over- the long form BC that he has been concealing.

It’s just that simple. Even a caveman would get it.

"Attorney Orly Taitz submits exhibit supporting motion to recuse Judge Land because of purported influence by Attorney General Eric Holder"

"Attorney Orly Taitz, under threat of $10,000 in sanctions from U.S. District Judge Clay Land, submitted an affidavit Sunday in support of the argument that the judge may have been influenced by President Barack Obama's administration.

The affidavit, filed Sunday in support of Taitz' Friday motion to recuse Land, is signed Robert D. Douglas, of Alma, Ga. It states that Douglas was in a coffee shop waiting for the 12th Street federal courthouse to open for a hearing on Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook in July when U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder entered.

“Red flags went up immediately in my mind and the questions remain, as yet,” the affidavit states. “Why does the attorney general of the United States need to be present in an obscure hearing well off his beaten path? Could it possibly be, since Holder did not present himself in open court, he may have had a little ‘whisper in the ear’ to a federal judge in order to bias his judicial vision and adhere to the president’s agenda of obstruction?”

You have a bunch of DoJ (Aporn) employees here to spew barack hussein obama mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmm psychological propaganda on the internet forums to sow disruptions, dispiriting the Constitutional issue of eligibility and sow discouragement among posters ("Birthers" ?)

Hillary's PUMA.com gals warned about this during the primaries, and they were mad as hell when the disruptive was outed publicly!!!

I dislike Obama for many things....

Attempting to force his health-care package on us.

Furthering the democrats pandering to the gay movement.

His so called “stimulus package”

And most importantly, his seemingly obvious devil may care interest in our troops in Afghanistan....

It embarrasses me that with all we can find fault or criticize him with or about, there are enough people who will jump on a circus bandwagon such as this and make the rest of us look like the party of clowns.

Those in congress who knew from the beginning that he was a fraud. Including Speaker Pelosi who certified him.

Most of Congress knows this is all a big con game.

Some on both sides of the isle are involved and they are all traitors.

Surely you’re not suggesting that the judge had any political agenda, motivations and/or conflict of interest, are you?

From the "affadavit":
...distinguishing features: his trim upper lip mustache, not large of stature...
Uh... yeah.
By ninth grade, Ricky, as he was known to his friends, was standing before his peers in the auditorium making his case for student body president. In high school, towering above his classmates and teachers at 6 feet 3 inches tall, he passionately debated how to rid African-Americans of their second-class status....
"Not large of stature"?? Did this "eyewitness" spend his entire life in an NBA locker room?

“I understand how much we ALL can't stand Obama, but simply because someone does not buy into Taitz’s line of BS does NOT make someone an Obama supporter.”

Yeah right, and you voted for Bush TWICE.

No one who has looked at the VOLUMINOUS amount of evidence about Obama could come to any other conclusion than that he is HIDING SOMETHING. Also, they could not conclude that he and his family were not aligned with COMMUNISTS, Socialists, Marxists, and RADICALS their entire lives. You also would have to admit that Obama has never PROVEN where he was born.

So why is Orly an Incompetent nut?
