I have been a sports fan for years; however, I gave up baseball during strikes and the fact that the games are boring (time between pitches, throws to first, etc.). I gave up basketball since the games are all played in the last 2 minutes by thugs. Football will be harder but I am prepared to give it up. Maybe I will spend more time at church and on the internet where my time is productive.

Do like I did and switch to college fooball. Every game matters and a game-wining 45 yrd field goal - as time runs out upset in Sept. can take you right out of the championship picture.
