During his M.B.A. studies at University of California at Berkeley, Jeff Denby told everyone his ultimate career goal: to start an underwear company.
Soon, professors and classmates at the Haas School of Business began to call him "the underwear guy."
But Mr. Denbywho had formerly worked in industrial design and went to business school interested in supply-chain managementdecided early in his program that he wanted to create a company that was about more than just boxers or briefs. In his view, it was critical to create a product that was environmentally friendly and sustainableand whose sales could help support good causes.

When Christians go to economically depressed areas and share water systems, farming techniques and the like and then share the gospel that taught them to love their neighbor and help the poor, that is “cultural imperialism.” But when MBAs make a profit by using cheap labor in other countries under the label of “social justice”, that’s OK.
Extremely well said!
would YOU put your business in the hands of an MBA who’s been trained that his primary duty is to bring about social change?
