Earth Justice is the litigation arm of the militant Sierra Club!!! Their former name was Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund!!! The name change occurred in about 1995...That sounds like right about the time the Sierra Club got busted for 20 years' worth of yucky sewage pollution at a property they owned in the Sierras...

The also got busted around that time for running under the color of being a 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit Charitable/Educational organization while politically lobbying the hell out of anybody they could intimidate in all levels of our multi-level GovernMental system!!!
