The poll says that the Palin Express is already on the side track. If that is not what you want, then you need to use the poll to motivate Palin supporters to get out there and solve the problem, which is that too many people have a perception of Palin that prevents them from supporting her.
You can be mad at those who don’t like Palin, but in the end you need 51% of the general public to like her enough to vote for her if you want her to be PResident. You won’t accomplish that without hard work, according to this and other polls.
The problem is many conservatives don't want to do the hard work necessary to promote their ideals. They think just by showing up at Tea Party rallies and waving signs for the cameras are enough.
Effectively promoting your candidate of choice involves giving up your weekends to knock on doors, drop campaign junk mail at homes, and make lots of phone calls. If supporters don't do these mundane tasks, then their candidate of choice will lose. Just ask Fred Thompson and Creigh Deeds.
