This is bogus. The stimulus money went to school districts and was used to raise teacher salaries and to keep teachers that should have been laid off due to program changes or declining enrollments.

Exactly! They can't prove they 'saved/created' anything because they didn't and they can't! The private sector creates jobs that creates wealth not the government! The government creates nothing but debt & trouble.
