Is there any truth to the rumor that Rep. Daryl Metcalfe sent an email calling Veterans who support cap and tax "traitors"?

I can't find any real news stories about it anywhere. Just a bunch of left wing kook blogs ranting about it.

I watch what Rep. Metcalfe (Pennsylvania citizen)does and I believe he is one of the most honorable men we have representing us. I wish I could vote for him (not my district).
Any bad reports are most likely intentional smear campaigns by his opponents.
