Bull Connor? I don’t remember who he is/was and it does not matter. An attack like this using a little known person will fail with conservatives and the left will read all their hate into “Bull Connor”
Bull Connor was the founder of the Basketball Team in Chicago.
Bull Connor was the Sheriff for Birmingham Alabama at the time of the ‘60s Civil Rights era. He was the one responsible for turning the fire hoses and policedogs on African Americans demamding voting rights equality etc. Connor was a Democrat.
