AREVA is the European consortium of Framatome and Siemens. Their design (the EPR) is not even licensed by the NRC yet. They have teamed with Constellation Energy for new plants in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, not Idaho. Here's a map with proposed new plants.

The map is slightly dated. Check the link in post #8.

The had previously notified the NRC with the intent to use EPR design.
