This morning on WMAL (around 9am) there was a story about the White House preparing its talking points about the Deeds loss being solely on Deeds himself and unrelated to any dissatisfaction with Obama and the Democrat agenda.

When Obama stands next to Deeds next week, Deeds is gonna have to hope the bus tire prints don’t show in the photo ops.
I still see a few Zero stickers on VA7 between Winchester & Leesburg ... also a lot of McPain/Palin stickers.
Obama is telling Deeds what he told Jane Sturm’s 100-year old mother: “you know what, maybe this isn’t going to help. Maybe you’re better off not having the surgery but taking the painkiller.”
What we are seeing here is the political equivalent of a death panel. The Obama spin doctors have decided that grandpa Deeds should be given some pain medication and left for dead. Why spend political capital on a terminal case, they figure. “If only you had come to see us sooner”, they lament.

The decrease I see on Rt66 which I travel everyday is significant. Down about 80-90%.
