Gather all the TV cameras around and tell the country why he is doing this - because he is so concerned about his subjects!

I envision a paper crown on the head of this guy.

Why does he do his hands like that when he comes down stairs? He looks like a monkey when he does that and he does it every time.

Dear Leader declared a "national emergency"?

Who cares? As long as he pays my mortgage and puts free gas in my car, he's my hero (and Savior)! /s/

I noticed that too. He looks more than just a little effeminate. It really puts the pics of him putting up curtains vs. Reagan with a chainsaw in “”perspective””, eh!

SaraJ....I truly understand what you are saying. Doctors are, in a large part, responsible for MRSA, VRSA, ORSA because they have doled out high powered anitbiotics for diseases that did not need that type of medication. The bacteria strains learned to thrive on the medications and now we have this mess...along with the lack of good handwashing techniques (did you see the latest report on doctors and their not washing their hands?) People with affected immune systems are at risk for many diseases and, of course, the flu can affect them more than someone with a healthy system. I had a pediatrician try to order antibiotics for my child after telling me he had a virus. I refused to allow it and asked him why he would recommend such. His reply “oh, I often treat the mothers. They expect me to give their child some kind of medicine”. It is that thinking that has gotten many aspects of our current situation in trouble...whether it is our government or our health care system...we often treat the complainer and not the actual problem. I hope that I have not “offended” you in any way. That was certainly not my intent. I am just tired of “us” not getting the truth or solution we really need. All of these posts are so right...the HongKong flu, the Bird flu, SARs, now the Swine which has been changed to H1N1. The LARGEST degree of addiction in our country is the addiction to fear. We are fed it everyday and we are lauded when we over react to the latest fear being pushed. No wonder we all run around screaming. “OMG, OMG”...which can be translated as oh, my God or oh, my Goodness depending on your association with the ACLU.

It sounds like a virus the Nazis would have come up with...and then made sure there was a shortage of vaccine.

Oh wait....

I had emailed this (first item below) to myself back in May when I was researching. Still think it needs additional research, but it’s a start. I have not been taking. Just got some & I think I will take 300-600 mg per day until I know more. I used to take this every day, but I need to consult my refs. If I feel like I am getting sick, I will bump up to the 1200 2/day.

I recently asked my doc about the H1N1 vac & I was relieved to hear him say that he personally is NOT going to get one, nor anyone in his family. He said it came on market too fast with too little research (I did not press for more detailed technical info). He said he was only going to get his yearly flu shot & that is what I did also.

My net connection is at a crawl today, but I added a couple other things I just found.

Also, I bought Oscillococinum, mentioned below. Had good research over long period & European research related to H1N1. Can’t remember if it was this one or something called germanicum (sp?) that was used very effectively during the pandemic early 1900’s.
~~~~~
- It appears that this flu produces a distinctive “hoarseness” in many victims. The symptoms, in general, match other flu’s; namely, sore throat, body aches, headache, cough, and fever. Some have all these symptoms, while others may have only one or two.
- N-Acetyl-Cysteine — has been shown to prevent or lessen the severity of influenza. I suggest 1200mg, twice a day for adults, and 600mg twice a day in kids over 12. It would be hard to get kids under 12 to take it, but you could try opening the capsules and putting it on yogurt. For 40 pounds and up, 300-600 mg twice a day, for less than 40 pounds, half that.
- Oscillococinum, a homeopathic remedy, has been vindicated as quite effective in a large clinical trial in Europe, with an H1N1 variant.
Marc Gitterle, M.D.
Immunity-N-Acetyl Cysteine
NAC is an amino acid that naturally stimulates glutathione, an antioxidant enzyme. People who have autoimmune problems are often deficient in glutathione. NAC has been used to raise immunity to the flu, and also to treat chronic respiratory problems. A recent study was conducted in which most of the subjects were over 65. Results showed that only 29 percent of those taking NAC developed flu symptoms, compared to 51 percent of those who took the placebo.
Dosage: 300 mg. per day.
~~~~~~~~
N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is the acetylated form of L-cysteine that has been used to break up pulmonary and bronchial mucous. It is very efficiently absorbed and has been shown to protect cells directly. NAC is an antioxidant and a free radical-scavenging agent that increases intracellular glutathione at the cellular level. NAC can act as a precursor for glutathione synthesis as well as a stimulator of the cytosolic enzymes involved in glutathione regeneration. NAC has been shown to protect against oxidative stress-induced neuronal death in cultured granule neurons.

I still find it very odd that swine flu burst onto the scene at the exact time that BHO was visiting Mexico. Conspiracy? I don’t know, but I thought it was very odd at the time.

VERY! That's always bugged me.

Here’s a question for you, considering these facts you posted.

Under a mandatory vaccination scenario, how would “government” be able to prove otherwise if you stated that you already HAD the swine flu vaccine... unless the vaccine shortage is indeed, also contrived by “government”.

Could it be that this whole scenario has been contrived to take out the most vulnerable of Americans, ie the ones that are at risk for swine flu and ergo the ones that will volunteer or have already volunteered to get the vaccine?

And those of us that are not ‘at risk’ would then be forced, under Martial Law, to take the vaccine too.

In a warped kinda logic, it makes sense.

You are so right about the uncalled for antibiotics! My youngest daughter is now 38 years old. Years ago, when she had a sore throat, the pediatrician was quick to prescribe an anti-biotic, and was upset with me when I refused it unless she did a strep test.

This was before there was a quick test for strep. I was right, and the test sent to the lab came back negative for strep, so there was no need for antibiotics.

Never take them unless you have a bacterial infection that they will treat, and only then if it is something nasty, or you are at risk for some reason.

We have immune systems for a reason, and if they aren’t given some work to do, they tend to go on a rampage and attack various parts of our bodies. I also believe that our children, in general, are better off getting the common childhood illnesses than the vaccinations, in that the immunity developed is stronger than vaccine-induced immunity.

But, I could be wrong. I think I was, once. (sarc)

The Lysol wipes work great too. You can carry them in your pocket and wipe off phones, counters, desks, anything you touch and remember to always keep Purell on your hands. Use is every 3 hours whether you think you need it or not.

I think that the shortage of flu vaccine is phony. Canada has plenty of vaccine. When I went to get my regular flu shot, the line was full of Canadians, saying that they had all had their swine flu shots two weeks ago, that they were done with their inoculations for the swine flu, but Canada was short on the vaccine for the regular flu.
