Already has... A few years ago there was a high school teacher near here (Sacramento, CA) that decided he want to be a girl.
However, he didn't have enough money for the operation. He got himself fired for wearing a dress, sued the school district and settled out of court. Then he had the money! The only reason he took the job was because he knew he'd be fired (my opinion).

Nothing surprises me about what happens in a government run school. The case in point involves a private Catholic (parochial) school. That there is even a question as to whether this teacher has standing - enough to go to court - is horrendous.
