Because he can't find a church like Rev Wright's church, and even if he could, he'd be under too much scrutiny.
The only “church” Obama belongs to is the church of Alinsky.
I read Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” back in August. If there ever was a destestable work, it would be that.
It even had a dedication to Lucifer, if you can believe that.
In the book (which is the BIBLE of scumbag “Community Organizers”) Alinsky states that you need to integrate and ingratiate yourself into a community. If you don’t belong to a church, join one.
To Alinsky, Obama and others like him, religion is a tool to be used, no if’s, and’s or but’s about it.
Interestingly, the dedication to Lucifer was removed in later printings (through the Sixties and probably the Seventies) because he didn’t want the church to reject the book on the basis of that. The copy I got from the library was an even later edition printed in the 1980’s, and they apparently thought it was then okay to put the dedication to Lucifer back in.
