I suppose it is only a matter of time before the military is taken down officially. Maybe we can form our own Sacred Band (a pretty butch outfit from what I read).
I would agree with this. As a practical matter the Lawrence case renders this unconstitutional. I don’t think any states have a sodomy law left on the books. Plus, if a husband and wife are into that kind of thing, they shouldn’t be subject to arrest in their quarters.
This really sucks.
Virtually EVERY service member has violated this at least once (and more often than that if they are lucky).
I was a victim of this kind of depraved criminal activity repeatedly at the Magic Fingers Massage Parlor just outside the main gate at Tan Son Knut AB, Saigon. Fortunately, they never caught the perpetrators...and I've been emotionally scarred for life.
