This layman has no doubt about this...and I think that if his opposition doesn’t keep pushing his buttons to get this to come out, they are stupid. I think that’s conservatives’ best plan—if we keep plugging at his narcissistic side, it’s our best approach, IMNSHO (not humble, but not a narcissist ;-).

I fear two things with Obama. One is if the GOP fails to elect a House majority in 2010 to keep Obama within the bounds of sanity. A GOP majority is essential for the safety of the country and the world. But even if Obama is defeated in 2012, he will just turn into an angrier version of Al Gore and Jimmy Carter. He will haunt the political future of this country as long as he is alive, because that famished ego never gets enough. Malignant narcissism often gets worse over time. And on the Left and among blacks, Obama will still have love and adoration enough to keep him supplied. He is an easy target for flattery by the Saudis, even the Iranians -- in fact, by all the real enemies we have.
So even if the voters throw out this very dangerous cult-like administration, you can expect Obama to be popping up in our politics for years to come. He will haunt the Democrats, which might be a good thing. But he will haunt the United States as well, even if he is defeated in 2012.
Obama probably has developed high blood pressure no doubt, he must be ready to chew the rug so to speak because millions of Americans are laughing at him, they are defying him, and they absolutely will NOT be convinced in any possible way to be his followers. He could mail a gold brick to all of America and we would still have a majority that is convinced he is a foreign invader, an usurper and has no loyalty for America.
Its all about cementing future socialism deep enough that it cannot be removed.
Even if he is.

The only thing that might prevent this is the fact that Obama is extremely lazy and not very bright. If he loses the elections, he will also lose his powerful supporters, the people who are behind him and are manipulating him, because he will be of no use to them anymore. They'll find another vehicle. So I think it would be hard for him to "haunt" US politics on his own because he's simply not up to it.

It’s there to be sure but it’s very much like the Global Warming Scam with algore.
I for one truly believe that algore truly believes in the Global Warming Scam. Why wouldn’t he? It’s gotten him where he is today and all his minions believe it so he does too.
It’s the same with Zero and Blame Bush. This is quite literally what got him where he is today. To Zero and people like him, it’s more than an “excuse” - it’s literally what they “believe in”.
It’s a subtle difference to be sure - but in essence it’s like peeking inside the head of Jim Jones as the Kool aid lines were forming. Do they believe the con is a con, or do they believe their own con? I vote for the latter.
In Zero’s case, in particular, a lot is based on what he says when the teleprompter is off. When he’s improvising, that’s when most of the Blame Bush stuff comes out. To me, that’s somewhat indicative of his true state of mind.

Paraphrasing here. obama made the statement that he was a citizen of the world, but the world is watching him and how he operates. The islamic terrorists were watching clinton throughout the 90s as well and we saw what that got us.
