I think Bastards are just as dangerous, narcissistic or not. Think of the malefactor in King Lear: (I forget his name, Edmund?) he tears down the kingdom in order to tear down the father that rejected him.
Now there is certainly a true narcissist in the White House, and he seems to have been raised in a standard household: Rahm Emanuel. He is the motor of this administration and he should be the target. Unlike 0, Rahm is very smart and very tough.
