That is terrible. In Australia, a teenage girl was apparently murdered by some man who lured on her online - he and his son, together, created some fake id to lure girls. Her body was found floating in the sea. The case is before the courts now.
I believe that it is not civilized to be civilized so as to have any other punishment for these types than a quick and merciless execution. I would to God I was running things. Heads would roll but your children could safely walk to streets. :)
