A union for workers at a paper plant in my area forced the company to close.

The paper plant told the workers at they would have to take a 10% pay cut or the company would be forced to shut the doors. The workers were told my the union to call the company’s bluff, and vote down the pay cut... The company closed the doors... oops!

They went from $25/hr with benefits to working in the mall or unemployed.
