Richmond would be heavily Democrat for sure (city limits at least) and probably Williamsburg (William and Mary). Don’t know about the others.
With the lead McDonnell has, it might not impact much on the governor’s race, but this might affect other state and local races that are closer.
Yes but don’t you get tired of the Dems ignoring the military ... if any of them ever vote for a Dem I’d be surprised. No wonder they always “lose” the military absentee ballots.
