Really is amazing..."We The People" have no standing when it comes to this issue...

If we have no standing....than how is one to overturn a perceived injustice?

I know I am greatly simplifying the issue....but....it really doesn't sit well with me....doesn't anyone need to show proof as to certification?

BTW...just because I ask this question does not mean I believe the President is not natural born....so please...no one GE their panties in a bunch....it's just a question....

This is no better example than that this country is screwed and broken beyond repair. The legal system is so undermined and the truth be damned.

The little people shall bow and continue year after year until they drop.

We do have a say on this matter, it’s called an election. We had 10 months to raise all of these issues with the voters and did so poorly. Instead we spent half the year bitching and moaning about McCain.

McCain was not my fav but he is light years ahead of 0bama.

According to this ruling (which, on its face, appears to be legally sound), there are 2 ways:

1) File a challenge to a candidate's qualifications before the candidate is elected; or

2) Go through the impeachment process.

The reality is, at this point, Barack Obama has been elected and sworn in as President of the United States. According to the Constitution, the President of the United States may only be removed from office through the impeachment process. It doesn't matter what high crime or misdemeanor, or treasonous act, the President commits, impeachment is the only Constitutional way to get a President out of office.

As Carter pointed out — even if you have standing the court still needs to consider to justiciability — that is can the court grant relief.

As he noted the only way to give the candidate plaintiffs relief if indeed Obama was found not to be a NBC was for him to order to removal of the president and order a new election

He then pointed out THE CONSTITUTION CLEARLY ONLY GIVES CONGRESS SOLE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE PRESIDENT. One branch of our government can not usurp the other branch's power.

Carter, believing in the constitution in essence is saying, “According to the Constitution I, as a judge, have no role to play here. Even if you are correct, I can not order the removal of the president and order a new election. Therefore because I can not redress any injury you might have, I can not hear this case because there is NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU. You must go to the Congress and get them to act.”

Judges must follow the law and they can not decide to ignore the Constitution which gives the power to remove a sitting president SOLELY to the congress. And regardless of what one might think, Obama was elected by the Electoral College and therefore is President no matter how he got there. Therefore Congress must be the one to remove him. It's that simple. Some of us actually believe in the Constitution and that it needs to be followed. If you want Obama removed lobby your Representatives to take up their Constitutional role and remove him.
