Businesses are being put in a no-win situation:

1) If they go along with all the PC crapola then they add a lot of unnecessary costs and inefficiencies.

2) If they don't, then they open themselves up to all sorts of litigation.

Imagine being the only company in an industry without a formal sexual harrassment program? There will be scumbags coming from miles around to try and get hired on just in order to generate a lawsuit.

It wouldn't surprise me if the so-called "Human Rights Campaign" has gotten such good support by sneaking degenerates into workplaces that aren't sufficiently gay-centric and threatening lawsuits until the rainbows start popping-up in all the break rooms.

Exactly right.

So they move offshore or replace domestic production with imports from countries where businesses aren't hindered by intrusive governments and political corectness
.
