KNOXVILLE - A Knox County jury this afternoon sentenced convicted torture-slaying ringleader Lemaricus Davidson to death by lethal injection for the January 2007 murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.
The jury of five women and seven men deliberated about four hours before returning its decision to a packed courtroom.
“The punishment is death,” the jury foreman said.

I don't know about anyone else, but it's SICK to have thuggy sociopaths going out to give talks to the young about "going straight". No one should ever glorify these creeps... No one. Ever. Let they guy who followed the rules and made something of himself go talk to the young.

Do you have any idea how long, if at all, the punishment will be in coming ? Years and years to the tax payers of the state

When the guilt is proven so factual, as in this case, a rapid hanging should have been given.

You wonder where these psycho-enabling moms come from. How many times have we heard the same thing from mothers of vicious criminals: “Oh no, my boy is innocent. My boy is a victim. Police brutality!” Their boys can do no wrong. What is wrong with these women?
Must have been a Democrat governor that appointed them to the Tennessee supreme court.
When you get into a conversation about crime etc. with friends, make sure you point out that voting for Democrat governors always means getting liberal, soft-on-crime judges to the courts. The Democratic Party and the ACLU go hand-in-hand.
Don’t you wish judges could be rewiewed every ten years? Then we could get some of the bad apples out of there.
I wish someone would do some statistics on the relationship of the rise in crime compared to the number of Democrat judges.
