Doesn’t look like Levi wants baby time since he said he is going to sue the wrong person. Sue the mother not the grandmother. So the judge may give Levi some baby time (if he sues the right person) but he’ll have to pay child support probably even in arrears. And now that Levi is making so much money as a CBS stooge, spokesperson and playgirl eye candy 4-5 thousand a month is not out of the question.
A father should should not have to go through the court system simply to have parenting time with his own baby.
That is big government at its worst.
