She is absolutely right. It isn't a fluke that she's in the leadership position now. Sharptons and Jacksons are so far up the gay agenda that they've left their constituency behind. Blacks do not believe in equating civil rights with gay rights. It's an abomination. Other than religious groups, they are one of the few groups that consistently votes against gay marriage and gay civil unions in large numbers.
With what happened to the blacks in San Francisco, along with what has happened blacks on TV and now in the NFL who have been made to suffer because the gays get their panties in a twist over what someone says about them, blacks will be more and more against their gay agenda.
Thanks for posting this.
People have a God-given right to peacefully reject open homosexuality in their midst without being prosecuted for it. The privileges conferred by the government onto those in the heterosexual married state can be duplicated by other means for committed gay couples. If it behooves them to be discreet about it, that's life. This isn't about conferring rights; it's about removing rights of a free people to peacefully discriminate against and reject open homosexuality in their schools, workplaces, and private lives. As it is now, and as it SHOULD be, free people also have the right to embrace and welcome open homosexuality if they choose. Gay "rights" seeks to obliterate the other side of the freedom coin. I'm with Bernice on this one.
