Please help me understand this: The H1N1 virus is so seriously targeting children that the POTUS declares a national state of emergency....and then this same POTUS invites 2,000 children to mingle amongst each other.
What logic am I missing?
On this same line, last night we had one teenager ( the girl next door on her way to a small party..she is 14 and had come every year) and a family with their 3 little girls dressed up like little princesses and their horse dressed like a unicorn. That was it and on a Sat to boot! We had thought there might be more kids, even big kids,,but nope..then we thought it was the flu scare and folks were keeping the wee ones home....so all the goodies are now in the freezer. Had to keep them..the snack tax ya know will kill us later...
