On Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Fernando Campoamor told a judge in D.C Superior Court that accused murderer and gang member Ingmar Guandique, 28, along with members of the MS-13 gang threatened to kill a witness and his family, if he testifies at Guandique’s January trial.
A Salvadoran national in this country illegally, Guandique was arrested last April for the murder of missing intern Chandra Levy, who disappeared in 2001. Her skeletal remains were discovered a year later in D.C.’s Rock Creek Park.
At the time of his arrest for the Levy murder, he was already in prison for the assault of two other women in Washington D.C. He was actually arrested only a few days after Levy’s disappearance on burglary charges, though law enforcement was aware of his illegal status, Immigration and Customs Enforcement was not notified due to the District’s sanctuary policy.
More and more, the issue of crime attributed to illegal aliens is and should be on the minds of millions of Americans.
While Chandra Levy may be the most well known American who has been killed by an illegal alien, she is only one in a staggeringly large and ever-growing group.
In 2005, the Government Accountability Office announced the results of a study which examined the criminal history of 55,322 illegal aliens who were incarcerated in federal, state, and local institutions during the year 2003.
The results of that aforementioned study follow:
.The 55,322 illegal aliens in the study accounted for a total of 459,614 arrests (or eight arrests per illegal alien). Their arrests represented a total of nearly 700,000 criminal offenses (or 13 offenses per illegal alien). 36 percent of those studied had been arrested at least five times previously.
Best bet is to start shipping them out to Saudi Arabia. They'll know what to do.
Now, regarding illegal aliens, the article this weekend about the FBI's "terrorist watch list" indicated that OVER 95% of the terrorists on that list are illegal aliens ~ that is, more than 400,000 illegal alien terrorists are already on the FBI watch list.
I really don't think we need more of those guys!

There was a post about this case here a few days ago. Actually, according to that piece, the accused did not kill the other two women; he assaulted them, but they were able to get away. Someone on the thread said that the accused is just the fall guy for Condit.

Is it legal to wish that a couple hundred Special Forces types would form a vigilante force that would identify and covertly exterminate vermin like MS-13? Is it legal to wish that several hundred retired snipers would stalk and eliminate these rabid animals?

I will NOT support or vote for ANY candidate for ANY office whose position on this issue is weaker than I’ve stated. National security, including illegal immigration/border security/amnesty, is just as important, if not more so, than abortion, gay marriage, etc. In fact, without national security, ALL other issues are moot.
Yes! I did see that and passed along the article, it’s crazy what they are doing to him...but I’m no longer surprised by anything. Obama’s thugs have been all about protecting thugs since their formation; acorn, black panthers, et al. Racist extemist groups who tolerate and nurture the gang style mob mentality.
And the irony of it all, he could use the doj’s own statistics about gangs and crime against them. Doj has a great website for crime research, which I am sure sheriff joe knows. They are doing their best to try to tarnish, smear and ruin his reputation.
This or maybe some other stuff will all come to a head with the next terrorist attack that is facilitated by some south of the border gang or gangs. Or some sick illegal with a “real” swine flu or something worse gets across and thousands of Americans die. Then, who cares what the ACLU or LaRaza thinks? Round them up and toss them into the same camps we will keep the illegals in until we ship them home.
How many Americans will have to die in our own country before we all wake up and take action?
I haven’t always been a fan of Sheriff Joe, but the more they go after him the better I like him.
At least he is one elected official doing his job. Janet Napolitano, DHS is a disaster. She didn’t do anything to protect the AZ border when she was governor and now she is responsible for our security? Plus, I just learned where she brought one of her college cronies to “assist” her. Alice Hill, (who has an “international law” background.)
We need to learn more about “Broom Hollow” the 300 acre estate where Janet Napolitano lived when she went to college in Charlottesville, VA.
So far I know that Kent Alexander and Janet Napolitano were both appointed by Clinton to be US Attorneys(they both lived at Broom Hollow, for “nominal rent.”) Now another of her college “buddies” Alice Hill turns up in the “Judge/appointments” category.
Anyone have friends near Charlottesville, VA?
I have always wondered who rents their 300 acre estate to college students for “nominal rent?” Especially makes me wonder when those same college students get appointed to positions of power.....

I first heard about him because of the tent city. I hadn’t heard any thing else until the illegal alien controversy came up. Do you mind sharing why you didn’t care about him before? I know he seems to have a lot of cheerleaders, and I got the impression he was doing the right things?

The Oct. 26 letter comes shortly after the Obama administration imposed new limits on state and local law enforcers, preventing them from arresting many of the illegal immigrants with whom they come into contact.
Instead of allowing local police to arrest people simply for being in the United States illegally, the Obama administration has now established categories of illegal aliens who are a “priority for arrest and detention.”
Those priorities include aliens convicted of or arrested for major crimes, including drug offenses and murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, and kidnapping; aliens convicted of or arrested for minor drug offenses and property crimes such as burglary, larceny, fraud, and money laundering; and aliens who have been convicted of or arrested for “other offenses.”

Ifa Canadian tries to illegally enter the USA on our Northern border, he or she is clapped in irons immediately.
We have two sets of immigratuon laws as far as enforcement goes, one for our Southern border and another for the Northern border.
