“Good news in Newark? I thought it might be a nuke went off and leveled that dump.”

Hey, c’mon, I grew up in Newark. :>)

Well, actually not exactly Newark but a town just on it’s western border (Irvington). Haven’t lived there for decades but I can tell you, it ain’t what it used to be.

I had relatives in Patterson (1930s - when it was nice), Clifton (1960s) when it was nice and other areas. What is unreal is how generally nice, usually intelligent people can vote for such corrupt idiots in NJ.

Ever been to Big Stash’s in Linden near Elizabeth?

It seems like the operatiove line when referring to almost any town in NJ is “it is not what it used to be.”

I doubt Camden was ever nice.

You can count your blessings. You need body armor to visit there now.
