Is anyone now surprised that one of Barry’s commie picks to operate out of the Whote HOuse, Van Jones, has shouted ‘give them the wealth, no more broken treaties, give them the wealth’ ... these race baiting commies in the White HOuse want to foment as much hate and division as they can drum up, to cover their campaign to end the Republic and establish an iron fisted federal oligarchy which will piss on all races and creeds equally, except those who have aided and abetted the commie takeover, like SEIU, the greenies, and social justice criminals like ACORN.

Although it’s true that back in the beginnings of our Republic Indians were treated harshly by our government - but - to read their history, they treated each other the same way - killing, slavery, etc. It was the DOI that hyphenated Americans. We’re the only country to do so.

The tribes may find that government interest in them extends to their gaming profits as a tax item. Let no tax source go untapped is a Democrat mantra.

Don't get your panties in a bunch folks. Almost every president in the last fifty years has said the same thing. What you need to be worried about is that this one wants to bring your healthcare down to reservation standards. And please try to keep the Indian bashing down to a minimum here. We don't all have casinos, we don't all drink, thousands of us have moved off the rez and have jobs just like you and pay taxes. Most of us have accepted your God and worship Him. Most of us love Old Glory and this great country.

ensure that the federal government would now meet their needs

Yes the only group he hasn't promised to squander taxpayer funded largesse on is the taxpayers.

“You Will Not Be Forgotten”

Just ignored (as usual) - no cabinet posts, no Supreme Court consideration, no ambassadorships ....

... but you won’t be forgotten!

'You Will Not Be Forgotten'

What a strange statement. It sounds like they'll be gone soon...as in 'gone but not forgotten'...what exactly are his plans for the Indians?

The tribes have almost all of the uranium in the states.

That will be key in the future.

What you say is true but is that worse than giving billions of dollars to countries around the world that hate our guts and send suicide bomber here to blow us up. And the billions more we give to banana republics in central and South America that are commie dictator regimes? What the Indians get is mere pennies compared to those. And lastly, why did you pick an Indian name as your screen name?

No Victim Group Left Un-Pimped.

I was thinking something similar. I FINALLY know what Obama’s major problem is and that his real goal is to be liked. He wants everyone to like him. I believe it goes back to his childhood. He probably urned for attention and nurturing and he never got it. I think that is a big problem for him and could be the reason for some of his actions.

Right on! Many of them, for a very long time, have also fought for this country right along with non-Indians. Although I’m not Indian myself; there is a lot I can admire in them as a whole, as well as many individually!

I had a few friends that were Indian. One I worked with and some I was in school with, and some who brought their kids to a day-care I worked for! The one I worked with gave me a lot of valuable insights into what it was to be Indian. Not in so many words at once, but what I gleaned in many conversations! We had many similarities.

Both of us were mothers of teens, both close to the same age, both of us had families with drinking or drug problems, both of us had troubles with spouses or boy friends in the past, etc..

Dude. If I was any of my Indian friends, I’d RUN for the nearest exit. “Help” from the Democrats/Socialists for Indians is NOT what they need. Welfare in any form is a society-killing, photo-opping travesty.

An Indian funny: A news man was talking to a very elderly Indian and asked him what he thought about daylight savings time. The old chief said, Only a government could cut one foot off of the top of my blanket and sew it onto the bottom and tell me that my blanket is longer. LOL

Not all of them. The Plains tribes had a tradition of counting coup, basically playing tag instead of killing each other.

Why all the hatred for Native Americans? I’m a Cherokee who has proudly never accepting any money from any white politician. I pulled myself out of the reservation (the stories are true, mostly drunks and drug addicts) and am now a successful writer in New York. The only killing I do is to the egos of the hoards of lib-tards who surround me every day with my witty barbs and charismatic rhetoric.

I don’t think any of todays whites are responsible for what happened to Native Americans, but you got to admit they got a pretty raw deal back in the day, haha.
