Back in my early years of voting, I voted for a few dems in missouri. I told this to skeltons office. But I couldnt emphasize enough to the call taker that I do NOT trust the legislators to read every line of every bill, and that I do not want them involved in my healthcare, period. I love our insurance, and the medical industry has enough problems as it is, we definitely DONT need more problems caused by congress. Stay out of my doctors office!AMEN to that, FRiend!
I cannot imagine life under this PelosiCare / ObamaCare socialistic bill. It's just unbelievable to me that it's even gotten this far in our beloved United States of America.

My reps office said I must give them my address or they would not pass on my message to Boucher. Wow. That’s fine I will give Boucher my message in 2010.

There have been reports that he had a few constituents who tried to confront him arrested today? Got any insight?
Not a clue....I'm in Oregon. I haven't been watching the news either.

Let’s KILL THE BILL!!!
Yup, The phone lines are open for the most part. If you have 15-20 minutes, you can easily knock 10 names off the list.

I haven’t been able to get through on the 2022243121 number so I just called my representative directly.
I also called Rep. Bennett and they asked for my zipcode, I just happened to know the right zipcode but if you call the others, look up their zip codes.

I just happened to know the right zipcode but if you call the others, look up their zip codes. Age-old ethical dilemma. Yes we are on the right side of the issue, but lying ?
Is lying about "your" zip code such a small lie that it doesn't count ?
Can we win without that ?
I know this is a must-win situation, but does the end justify all means ?

I have tired out for the moment, but I’m surprised how many offices answer their phones so promptly. (Thank you, US Govt with my tax dollars!) Only got a couple of full voicemail boxes - mostly talked to real people!

P.S. For anyone who has not started calling, many of the messages say their D.C. offices are open until 6 EST.

I know but I justified it by counting that call for my son who does live in his district, is against the bill but won’t be calling, it is the reason I knew the zipcode.

Oh yeah, let me justify further, when I have called the representatives who are in my state and not in my district they have assured me that my opinion will not count since I am not from their district.
