WW2 had defined theaters and targets. Different stress levels today.

There were similar problems in WWII both in Europe and the Pacific theatre. Do you think there were no soldiers wearing civilian clothes then? Espionage and counter-espionage with halmarks of that war. Plus, since when has anyone ever seen more than one soldier engage in an action such as this due to stress induced PTSD? I call BS to the charge this was stress induced.
