Something tells me that not too many Nazi or Japanese sympathizers made it to the rank of Major during World War II, but we're not the country we were back then either.
I wonder how many more we have the ranks that we don't know about. Is the enemy inside the Pentagon? The White House itself?

No, but US and British Intelligence were heavily infiltrated by communists and commie sympathizers...it played a big role in the way the map of europe got divied up at the end of things. We were lucky to keep Austria.
