What should have been a somber moment where our POTUS addressed the Nation offering his sincere condolences for our fallen soldiers and their families, started out like just another day on his never ending campaign trail. Shout outs and all smiles came first!

Very telling. His first order of business should have been to solemnly discuss the tragedy. Instead, he was able to chat, smile, and wave prior to bringing up the shootings.
