Please note that Albemarle County is where the city of Charlottesville is located. Charlottesville is Ground Zero for liberal RATS in Virginia.

I am so glad that even the low level Dem. politicians are getting defeated. What most people don't know about politics is that when you get support from a political party you give that party 100% allegiance monetarily and physically when the need to help is necessary.
