Who gets to prosecute first? Can we, the State of Texas, do it first? Cuz we got the death penalty and unlike other states we use it.

Since it happened on Fort Hood, I think it will be handled by the UCMJ. He’ll probably die at Fort Leavenworth, whether by execution or natural causes. My guess is execution.
