Too damn bad /sarc. Does the Army still hang people? How would you go about hanging a paralyzed man?

Put the rope on him while he is in the wheelchair, lift him up with a slack rope,then pull the chair out from under him and hollar God Bless America!

You strap him into the chair and make the trap door bigger. I'm pretty sure they have to do that under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
