He went for penetration, not killing power. Each bullet probably transited several victims. That’s why there is such a high ratio of wounded to killed.

He really did his homework and knew EXACTLY what he was doing.

Not that we need any more proof; this shows that he was committing jihad, and not simply snapping because someone told him scary stories and called him bad names.

I said this was a terrorist attack; I was wrong. This was just another act of war on behalf of islam, against the west.

So these bullets actually went through people and hit others in the vicinity? So he didn't fire off 43 bullets?

"transited several victims"

Uh-huh. One of these went through both legs of the cop that brought him down.

Most likely he was using JHP’s, which have very little penetration. They fragment almost instantly on impact.

How long before the nutjobs tell us he couldn’t have acted alone? Dangerous contitutionalists and homeschoolers must have framed him for this.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of these jihadists are medical doctors or at least highly educated?

I don't think the high-penetration rounds are civilian-legal (and I think he would have bought his ammo privately), due to their being able to penetrate kevlar. The civilian-legal ammo is all expanding hollow-point, as far as I know.

I didn’t pay attention to this caliber at first but it sheds new light on his planning...
