That could be true, I suppose, howeve it would be a stretch to explain the different ways in which the various religions choose to worship their gods.

Not being familiar with "Unitarians", I suppose their belief simplifies any lingering questions regarding the diffirent religions, but different times in history things like golden idols, the stars, the sun, and various other imaginary and awe inspiring items were also worshipped.

But, before getting off on a tangent, if the unitarians are right, then that leaves one to only surmise that the "Taliban" and Alqueida" are just rougue criminals, killing under the name of religion.

People ridicule and scorn religions that, for instance, handle snakes, eat live chickens, etc., and they even scorn Christianity. But,many people...those on the left and the ACLU think it is politically incorrect to say anything bad about the muslim "religion".

I struggle with the premise of bowing to to allah after so many millions have been killed, or maimed in his name; yet, Christianity - which has helped and saved the lives of millions, and built the greatest nation on earth, is scorned.

The common sense solution is, those who scorn Christianity are those who want to misbehave and wreak evil in the world...the teachings of Christianity would prevent such actions.

In the modern world, so many dispicable actions have been performed by men who claim the 'muslim' religion, conclusions have been made...perception is reality.

Islam sounds more like a wayward cult, than a religion.
