Looks like I picked the wrong week to give up sniffing glue.

No it is not law yet. The battles are still ahead - in the Senate and then it will have to go to conference where my bet is the prolife amendment will be stripped out.
But we have to endure their clucking about this “great victory for the American people” yadayadayada.
This will not stand!
