Don’t waste your money. It’s 99.999% likely that a leftwing Dhimmi from the “chocolate” part of Ray Nagin’s “chocolate city” will defeat him in 2010, no matter how much money either Cao or his opponent might have.

Cao will be a one-term member of Congress regardless of what his vote was on the Health Care plan.
He won solely because people were sick of the incumbent - ala the same way Mike Flanagan won back in ‘94 when he defeated dan Rostenkowski. it’s worth noting that Flanagan was ousted after one term as the district reverted to their normal Democrat voting habits.
If you must contribute money, do it positively. Find a US House candidate who’s running against one of the Dems who voted for the Health Car bill.
