And if there is a crime committed then I don't have a problem with prosecuting. But the crime that you've tried and convicted them of is not domestic terrorism but the crime of being Muslim. You would have them interned, banned from the military, and God knows what else on those grounds alone. That was wrong in 1942 and it's wrong today.
You seem to be intent on diving into the shallow end of the pool today. The results of your belief that the Muslim population is safe to roam our streets are likely to be the same as your diving into the wrong end of the pool. You are going to end up with your neck broke.
The term “domestic terrorism” means activities that - (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended - (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
When the Muslims get together and preach killing infidels they are in fact entering into a conspiracy to commit terrorism. On that basis alone there is enough evidence to pack them all off to the internment camps for the duration of this war against Islam.
Define crime.
You are drifting from the esoteric to the ridiculous.
The remainder of that post is a non-sequitur, if you'll pardon the obvious.
