House Democrats Who Voted Against the Health Care Bill
Lawmakers in the House voted 220 to 215 on Saturday night to approve a sweeping overhaul of the nations health care system. Only one Republican voted for the bill, and 39 Democrats opposed it, including 24 members of the fiscally conservative Blue Dog Coalition.
An overwhelming majority of the Democratic lawmakers who opposed the bill 31 of the 39 represent districts that were won by Senator John McCain, Republican of Arizona, in the 2008 presidential election, and a third of them were freshmen.
Nearly all of the fourteen freshmen Democrats who voted no represent districts that were previously Republican and are considered vulnerable in 2010. Geographically, 22 lawmakers from southern states formed the largest opposition bloc.
Below are details on the Democrats that opposed the health care legislation in the House.

We must not give any Dim an ounce of credit for voting no. This game of allowing certain people in certain districts to vote no is just a distraction. Trust me, they would have voted yes if they needed the votes to pass the bill. Bottom line, they all must go!
Well I’m amazed. Parker Griffin (Demonrat - AL) said he would vote against it and he did!
Agree 100%- every one of them needs to walk the plank.
Wow....crazy liberal Dennis Kucinich and John Boccieri of Ohio voted NO....guess it wasn’t leftist enough!

Bye-bye blue dogs you bunch of toothless lapdogs. Your 15 minutes is just about up....
My Congress Critter Brian Baird voted No, but he is still a lying scumbag who needs to be forcibly removed from the public teat.
He is no Blue Dog, but he is a lying coward.

US Representative Joseph Cao (R) from Louisiana's 2nd Congressional District.
I’d feel much better it the cartoon was a real pic...
The leftists voted no to allow more blue dogs to escape the noose.
It doesn’t matter anyway for the blue dogs. Their most heinous vote was the one for Speaker Pelosi.
Well, he apparently saw the light and voted against Pelosicare. Still, Allen Boyd (2nd FL) is a whore and must go.
Lizard tail soup
Lizard tail soup?
These people are history.
Steve Driehaus of Ohio is supposedly a devout Catholic, yet voted for this bill that includes euthanasia (and will include abortion again once it reaches its final version). I will work TIRELESSLY to ensure that he is not reelected next year.
In all honesty, I would too.

Why that’s the World Famous William ‘Cold-Cash” Jefferson’s RINO replacement fron New Orleans.
Please let us know this scumbag’s rival- whoever it is. We must take them all down, one at a time, and all at once.
Steve Chabot, very pro-life, very conservative is running again.
50 - The number of new Republican seats added next year.
The Democrat party must be punished for this intrusion on our freedom and assault on the constitution.
You have that right. Queen Nancy decides who gets of the hook to vote NO. They make no decisions on their. The witch is in command.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the House elections in Ohio with Zack Space (in the seat formerly held by Wilber Hayes and Bob Ney), and Charlie Wilson (in the seat held by current Governor Ted Strickland).
A recent tea party rally in St. Clairsville on election day drew at least 1,000 people. A cop told me it was 500; a friend of mine who was there (an ex-news cameraman) estimated there were 1,200 people there. IMO, there’s a lot of unhappiness with BHO in those districts — mostly due to cap n’ tax, which will kill the energy industries in the area.
Why? Is he on the take?
He may be representing interests of his district which is poor and majority Black.

PLEASE THANK THESE: HEROES!
If she didn't have the votes to pass the bill, she would have made as many of the as she needed to pass this Marxist bill.
I think all democrats should be voted out of office regardless of how they voted. None of them can be trusted.
