Here is a CNN video report on Jihadist Muslims in New York City who say they "love Osama bin Laden," and believe attacks on Americans are justified.
CNN's Drew Griffin interviews two American-born men who converted to Islam who say they hate the United States and our way of life. They tell Griffin that the Koran "commands" Muslims to "terrorize unbelievers." One man says he "loves Osama bin Laden" even more than he loves himself.
These men set up shop outside a New York City Mosque and seek to recruit others to their cause. This report shows what we are really up against. It is not politically correct to say it or to show it, but this ideology of hate and murder - and those who follow it - are our real enemy.

David Horowitz has answered that question thoroughly and convincingly in his Unholy Alliance. Where I felt bewildered and confused, I now feel crystal clear. Unholy Alliance is such a great book.
It begins with the leftist movements at the beginning of the 20th Century, and works its way up to the present day, exploring the anti-American attitude of these movements in detail. Horowitz shows that the enemies of the US back then are largely the same group today, operating under the same misperceptions, making the same mistakes, and pursuing the same impossible utopia.
